I don't know if this is a help or not. But, my aunt was married to a Cassie Napier and he was from Chautauqua County, which neighbors to Cowley. They later divorced and he lived in Wichita. This is a rather unusual name for this area so you might try looking in Chautauqua as people moved back and forth between the two counties. I know our family did. I'm nor sure what Cassie's parents names were but if interested I will check it out for you.
