There were Kansas State Census, aka agriculture censuses taken in 1855, 1865, 1875,
1885, 1895, 1905, 1915 and 1925. All are available for viewing at the Kansas State
Historical Society research center in Topeka, KS.

So, Iowa doesn't have anything on us Jayhawkers, from a native Kansasan.
