I checked both volumes of The History of Greenwood County, Kansas and
there is no family biography on your Harold Franklin Williams.

I located in the 1930 Madison Township census, Harold Franklin Williams,
wife Ida, son Kenneth R, and daughters Virginia M and Doris I.

Harold died December 8, 1958 in Kansas. I do not know if he was still
living in Greenwood County at the time of his death or not. Ida was
born in Texas about 1881. Kenneth was born in Texas about 1905.
Virginia was born about 1919 in Kansas and Doris was born about 1924 in
Kansas.

I am hoping there is someone local who can help me locate this family.
