Mrs. J.N. DIEST, Mrs. Ed. MANINGER and Lula DEIST spent Wednesday in Wichita.

Allen G. DEPPEN and wife of Kingman are visiting P.O. BARTLEY and wife this week.

J.E. BARCLAY of Uba City, Cali., spent a part of this week in Harper with his sister, MRs. A.S. FOSTER.

M.D. WOODROW, of Hunter, Ok., visited a part of this week in Harper with his daughter, Mrs. T.J. GIBSON.

Taken Up--One heifer about 16 months old. Owner may have same by paying for the advertising and keeping.

Roy FORCE returned Wednesday from a trip to Colorado.

H.F. WIEMEYER, Sr., returned Saturday from a visit with his sons, E.F. and W.E. WIEMEYER and their families of near Bluff City.

Mr. and Mrs. R.E. DRESSER entertained the Rook club Wednesday night. Following an evening of play dainty refreshment was served.

The M.E. Aid Society will meet Wednesday, March 22nd with Mrs. PONATH. Business of importance. A full attendance is desired.

Mrs. W.F. WRIGHT and son, Gerdes motored to Freeport Saturday and spent Sunday with Mr. WRIGHT's mother and sister, at that place.
