Freeport.
Dr. A. BELL attended the Medical Association held at Wichita Tuesday.

Mrs. B.F. CARY is on the sick list this week.

Olin WELLS of Pilot Knobb was visiting friends in this city Wednesday.

Little Miss Ifa JONES of Anthony is attending the public school of this place.

Mrs. J.G. STALL met with a serious accident last Tuesday morning. She slipped and fell and fractured her left limb in two places below the hip.

The public school of this place will close Friday the 7th of May. Miss C.M. PRESTON, the teacher, with the aid of her pupils will give an entertainment in the afternoon.

Mrs. T. CRAVEN and son Ralph who went to Indiana from this place last fall, passed through the city Sunday evening, going to Anthony where they expect to make their future home. A few of their many friends went to the station to welcome them.
