Frank W. JENNINGS was born in 1853 in New York and died in Salt Lake City, Utah, Sept. 1, 1916. He moved to Michigan and came to Kansas in 1883.
He was married to Miss Permillia JONES, Sept. 22, 1886. Three children were born to this union, one boy and two girls. The boy, Edward, died in infancy. His wife died Feb. 5, 1907, in Salt Lake City. The deceased is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Addie STAHL, Denver, Colo., and Mrs. Grace BREER, of Salt Lake City.
He was a kind husband and a good father. For a number of years he was engaged in the general merchandise business in Mayetta, before he moved to Salt Lake City.
While in Salt Lake City he was City surveyor for several years. The last few years he was a mining engineer.
