Horace I. Wood.
Holton.--Horace I. WOOD, 76, died Saturday at his home one mile south of here.
He was born Nov. 16, 1888 at Netawaka and spent all his life in the Netawaka and Holton communities. He was a farmer. He was a member of the Methodist Chuch at Holton and the Masonic Lodge at Netawaka.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Grace Wood, of the home; a son, Edward Wood, Mayetta; three sisters, Mrs. Maude INGLES, Netawaka, Mrs. John STEWART, Kansas City, Mo., and Mrs. Arthur MILLER, Nashville, Tenn.; a granddaughter, and a great-grandson.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Mercer Funeral Home at Holton. Burial will be Netawaka cemetery.
