Died. As we go to press we learn the sad intelligence that Judge Jules L. WILLIAMS of Oskaloosa, editor of the Sickle & Sheaf, is dead. His death, as we are informed, occurred on last Wednesday, but at this writing we have no particulares. The Judge has been in feeble health for many years. He has failed rapidly for several weeks. He was a good man and highly esteemed by all who knew him.
