Mrs. J.B. SMITH and Mrs. J.A. JACKSON left Wednesday for Kansas City, after a pleasant visit with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. A.W. STEELE.

The New Century Club will go to the Soldiers' Home Wednesday, August 10, for their annual picnic.

Miss Irene STEEPER, Miss Lucile STEEPER,Miss Alberta STOUT and F.W. DICKERSON and Eric STEEPER visited with Harry STEEPER and family Wednesday.

C.S. BROWN has taken charge of the Central Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. GUEST will move into their cottage in the east part of town.
