Jack EDMONDS, whom everybody knows all over this end of Kansas, has decided to locate in Kansas City. He has accepted a position as cattle salesman with the well known commission firm of S.A. COOPER Co., in Kansas City. Jack's friends will be glad to hear of his appointment, and they feel certain that he will be successful. It is a responsible position, but he will be equal to all emergencies, for his is thrououghly conversant with the cattle business.
George CROSS, who is near Mulhall, Okla., fishing and having a good time, writes to his brother James CROSS that their brother William has a fine crop of corn and cotton; that his corn is hard enough to feed and the he will have about 60 bushels to the acre; he is also the proud parent of a baby girl that weighs 8 pounds.
Mrs. W. B. McDONALD is spending the summer with her daughter, Mrs. Chas. JUCHERA at Wilson.
