Died.--At his home, in Kentucky township, Jefferson county, Kansas, Wednesday, April 8, 1891, Patrick FITZPATRICK.

Patrick FIZTPATRICK was born in the County Clare, Ireland, March 20, 1819. In 1839 he came to the United States locating in Louisville, Ky., where he was engaged in contracting for about 16 years. He moved from there to Minnesota, and came to Kansas in 1862. The farm upon which he died he located on in 1863. For several years he held the office of justice of the peace, and was highly respected by all who knew him. He married Miss Johanna BUCKLY at Louisville, Ky., and leaves five children.
