Death of Former Resident.

William HEMME, the last of the HEMME brothers who were early settlers in southern Jefferson county, died at Altoona, Kansas, last Sunday evening. He was a brother of Christopher and Fred HEMME, deceased.
In the early days Mr. HEMME operated a blacksmith shop at Medina, but left there in the early seventies.
