Rube Payne Returns to Pen.

Sheriff RINDOM was in Perry the latter part of last week and took Rube PAYNE to Oskaloosa where he was turned over to officers from the state penitentiary. Rube had been pardoned conditionally several years ago and as he has been charged with violating the conditions of the pardon, he was returned to the state institution to finish his former sentence.
