The Valley Falls New Era
Thursday
August 22, 1907

Off For New Mexico.

The Valley Falls parties bound for the northeast part of New Mexico will load their car next Monday.
The lineup is Mr. and Mrs. E. C. STEWART, daughter, Daisy and son Albert, determined to score on three quarters of land; Mr. and Mrs. Jas. NORRIS, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. NORRIS who will score "next" on a couple of quarters. It will take them eight months to make the runs after which time if they hold out faithful the five quarters will be deeded to them by umpire Uncle Sam. Fielder Jas. NORRIS may return in a month and take in some "flies" in the "left" chair of his tonsorial parlors here.
Here is hoping they may win the game.
