A Train Cut Off His Arms.

Robert PHOENIX of Winchester, fell across the Union Pacific railroad tracks while in Leavenworth, Saturday evening, and both his arms were cut off. Phoenix is said to have been partially under the influence of liquor and he fell just as a passenger train came along. The right arm was cut off below the elbow and the left at the wrist.
