A Change at the Post Office.
Herbert ROYER, who has been the accomodating and efficient assistant postmaster for the past three years has resigned his position to take effect the first of the month, and will go to Topeka where he has a position waiting for him in the post office there under the civil service regulations. He took the examination last August.
While Mr. SCOTT has several applicants for the position he has not yet engaged anyone.

Music Lessons.
Miss Hattie SPRING will again teach music for the coming summer at the rate of $8 a term of 20 lessons. Also giving out the regular music grade cards and furnishing the students with Kohlers graded book or any other.
Wishing to commence at any convenient time and glad to receive calls at her home or by telephone.

Wm. Booth Hurt.
While repairing a bridge on Crow Hollow near his place Wednesday, Wm. BOOTH had his leg badly curshed. He was brought to town Wednesday evening and is now at B.B. REPERTS. Mrs. REPPERT is his sister.
