Dunavant items by Mildred.

Mr. and Mrs. John MADORY of Beaver Falls, Penn., are the parents of a baby boy born Dec. 14. Mrs. MADORY was forrmerly Miss Mary CURRY of this community.

Mrs. Ada LANGDON is recuperating at the home of her sister, Mrs. Clayton CLINKENBEARD of Holton. Ada had to submit to an operation in the Holton hospital recently. We wish for her a speedy recovery.

Mr. and Mrs. J.A. ALMOND of Kansas City and Mr. Ed. LIKINS of Parsons, Kansas, were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Austin McENDREE last Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Calvin MEDLOCK of Atchison were weekend guests at the James COLBERT home.

Mrs. Mary MOTT has been called to Burlington where she is assisting with the care of her mother, who is seriously ill.
