Pleasant Valley Items by Frieda.

Mr. and Mrs. Ed TATGE and son Romona spent Christmas with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. JOhn TATGE.

The last meeting of the W.W. club was our Christmas meeting, Dec. 17, with Mrs. Maxine BAKER. A very enjoyable afternoon was spent; 14 members were present; visitors wer Mrs. Rose SHARKEY and Mrs. Irene PATTERSON. An interesting article of "Jerusalem Today" was read by Mrs. Ethel BALLINGER. The usual gift exchange was held. Our hostess had her home nicely decorated for the occasion. A lunch of date pudding and coffee was served. The next meeting will be Dec. 31, with Mrs. Mildred CHITWOOD at the home of Mrs. Ina BREY. Roll call "Something I have accomplished in 1941."

Mrs. Dale PARKER and Janice spent Christmas week with her mother at Hamlin, Kansas.
Miss Lucille BAKER of Duluth, Minn., is spending her Christmas vacation with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Guy BAKER and other relatives.
