Obituary.

William Harrison HILNER, Tonganoxie, Ka., died April 3, aged 71.
He had lived in that vicinity practically a lifetime except a few years near and at McLouth. he was born at Catawissa, Pa.,was a carpenter by trade, recently employed by George STONER.
He is survived by his widow, by a daughter, Mrs. Naomi DETTMER, Chicago; four sons, Raymond, Topeka, Clarence of Tonganoxie, Roy HOPKINS, McLouth and Eugene HOPKINS, of Lawrence; two sisters, Mrs. Mary ALLEN, Berryton, Mrs. Joseph STARLING, Carbondale; a brother, L. W. HILNER, Tonganoxie; three grandchildren. His sister, Mrs. Lemuel WILEY, died March 7, 1946.
Funeral service was held at the Friends church, Tonganoxie, conducted by Rev. Lance BRADY. Interment at Maple Grove cemetery.
A number of McLouth relatives and friends attended the funeral.
