Lewis 'Jack' Whitegon.
Lewis "Jack" C. WHITEGON, 67, former farmer and stockman, died Tuesday night at his home, 1526 North Monroe. He was born September 24, 1884, in DeSoto and moved to Perry when he was nine years old. After attending the Perry schools, he moved to Silver Lake. He retired from the farm six years ago and moved to Topeka. He was a member of the Perry Christian Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Edna WHITEGON, of the home; two sons, Robert Whitegon, of the home and William Whitegon, Topeka; a stepdaughter, Mrs. George HOLMES, Topeka; two brothers, William Whitegon, Portland, Ore., and Fred Whitegon, Topeka; a sister, Mrs. John GEISLER, Salem, Ore., and five grandchildren.
