I checked the Jeffco Genealogy Society's tombstone inscription book and find
listings for two different fellows named Edward Clark. The one that sounds
like yours is:

Clark, Edward 1818-8 Mar 1897 WISE

WISE stands for Winchester Cemetery.

I didn't find an Olivia Clark listed, but I did find:

Clark, Olie V (Brown) 11 Nov 1825 May 1901, w/Edward
C Clark WISE

so that does sound like the right couple.

I'll send info on their children (assuming I find them) on the next memo.
