I do not find the marriage of Paul Osborn & Edna Moody in the Jefferson Co. marriage records. The Douglas Co. marriage records that involve a resident of Jefferson Co. have also been indexed. I do not find their marriage recorded there either. Since the marriage license could be obtained elsewhere and the marriage conducted in Jefferson Co., the only record would be in the county where the license was obtained.
