J.T. SHULZE left Monday for Logan, Kansas, on business.
F.J. BOYLE of Newman was in town last Wednesday.
Miss Etta and Bird GRINTER were visiting in Lawrence Thursday.
Amos McLOUTH of McLouth, and Joe YOUNG, of Kaw Valley Bridge Co., were doing business in town on Tuesday.
Anton JOHNSON came up from Lawrence Monday and took charge of the Pendleton elevator, during Mr. GORSUCHS' absence.
