Shrader--Kennard Marriage.

Mr. and Mrs. Perry William SHRADER announce the marriage of their daughter, Patti Lou to George Keith KENNARD, son of Mr. and Mrs. Forrest M. Kennard, at the Country Club Methodist Church, April 2, 1947.
The petite bride wore a gardenia white shipper satin gown with deep tulle yoke and bertha of shirred satin. Her wedding gown had a long train and she wore a finger tip length veil. She carried a bouquet of white rosebuds and sweet peas. Her maid of honor was her sister, Peggy, who wore a gown and titched tulle bonnet of jonquil yellow hengaline and she carried a bouquet of yellow rose buds and lavender sweet peas.
Mrs. Wintson Burkhardt, Bette Smithers, Barbara Barse, and Jerry Ruether, her bridesmaids wore frocks and bonnets of mauve bengaline and carried bouquets of yellow rosebuds and lavender violets.
Joseph Alfred Shepard, Jr., served as best man, and W. Gordon Campbell, Jr., Thomas C. Messplay, Jr., Winston Burkharddt and Charles Isaac served as groomsmen.
Mrs. Shrader wore a gown of aqua crepe and Mrs. Kennard a gown of group crepe and net. Each wore an orchid corsage.
A reception was held immediately following the ceremony at the University Club.
The couple took a short honeymoon to Chicago and are now at home in Kansas City, Kansas.
