Mrs. Blance SPENCER sister of Mrs. E.C. STEEPER passed away abotu 6 o'clock Tuesday morning before the arrival of Mrs. Steeper and brothers, and Mrs. Charles HARDMAN who left Kansas City at midnight Monday driving to Yankton, South Dakota in response to the message of her critical condition. Mr. E.C. Steeper left Wednesday by plane for Yankton, South Dakota to attend the funeral of Mrs. Spencer which was set for Thursday afternonon at 2.
