The Law.

Wesley ARTHUR, cafe operator at Valley Falls and Clarence DICK, operator of the Pla-Mor Recreation Parlor of that city, paid minimum fines in Justice Van Gaasbeek's Court, Oskaloosa for having punch boards in their places of business. The minumums were $100 and costs in each case. Sheriff Killinger had picked up the illegal gambling devices.
