I have a James Vance who was somewhere in Kansas in 1855, according to OH court records. I have found a Kansas voters List for 1855 and there is a J. T. Vance in county or district "3" but I don't know where that was. There is no township or precinct entered for this man, either.

Is there someplace where I can find the locality of #3? There were evidently maps at one time. Does anyone have access to this information?
