Thanks for the reply!
I know so little about the family except that my 3rd gr grandmother's name was ELIZABETH GRAY and she was born about 1820 in Ohio. Her husband was born in NY.
Their children:
ELLEN J. GRAY married JAMES PARMETER
EMMA GRAY married JO JOHNSON, they lived in Monterey CA and he was the mayor. She has an unusual headstone in the Monterey cemetery. It says: "Here Lies a Woman Who Was Never Wrong"
AGNESS MATILDA married ADOLFIS SCHAFFNER
WES GRAY (maybe a son)
This is where it gets a little sketchy.........
They all lived in Olathe KS, and then in 1902 my grandmother went to live with GRAY relations in Boicourt KS for a year. These Gray's worked for the Rail Road. One was named JOHN and one named WES and I think John was in his teens.
This is all that I have but am trying to find which GRAY ELIZABETH married and any other Gray relations.
Any help or act of kindness would be greatly appreciated.
Judy near Seattle
