Mr. and Mrs. Melvin C. SKINNER, who live east of Liberal, are the parents of a daughter born at Epworth hospital Monday, February 10. Mrs. Skinner, the former Mildred SHULER, is the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M.A. Shuler of this city, and Mr. Skinner is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Elliott Skinner of northwest of Liberal. The baby has been named Mervilyn Ann.
