Birthday Greetings By Long Distance.
Oliver S. BROWN received a pleasant surprise Tuesday evening when two of his sisters, Mrs. Lloyd URBACH, and Mrs. Favil WEST called him from Tula Lake, California, to extend birthday greetings. Tula Lake is located in northern California, just a few miles from the Oregon line, but the call came through very clearly.
Mrs. Urbach is the former Miss Frances BROWN of Kismet and Mrs. West, who was Miss Virginia BROWN before her marriage was employed at the F.W. Woolworth store here at one time.
