Subject: [KY-CEMETERIES] KY-CEMETERIES-Laws Protecting?

Does anyone know if KY law protects cemeteries, especially those on private
property that no longer remains in the hands of those who owned the land at
the time of the cemetery's beginning? Our gg grandmother is buried on such
land with an absentee owner. We have left notes asking him/her to get in
touch with us, but the only response was "no trespassing" signs aplenty. I
personally find it disgraceful that old cemeteries have been turned into pig
lots, cattle runs, etc. I fail to see how the little bit of land that these
cemeteries occupy can be critical to the success of a farm or how so little
respect can be shown to those who came before.
