According to the KDI, Lyman Carter's death certificate is Death Volume 1937, certificate #14605. Julia F. Carter died on 3 March 1923. Her death certificate is death volume 1923, certificate #9345. You can order both death certificates from the KY Dept. of Vital Records.
There were no official death certificates issued prior to 1911, so finding one on the others listed is doubtful.
