I am looking for my great grandmother's family before she married. I'm not sure if her father had passed away by that date - he might not be head of household, but her mother would. My great grandmother is:
Ida Wetherton, age in 1870 - 9 yrs., born KY
Also in the home:
Father: William (or Andrew) Wetherton, age unknown
Mother: Anna (or A.A.) , age 28, born KY, father and mother born VA.
Sister - Kate, age 13, born KY
Sister - Mattie, age 10, born KY.
My goal is to track down her father's exact name, age, date and place of birth, and death. By 1880 Anna was re-married and her last name was Hughes. If anything can be found in the 1860 census, that, too, would be appreciated.
