Perhaps you could try emailing a public library near you for info on
KENTUCKY counties. We KENTUCKY lookup volunteers need *one census
year and *one KENTUCKY county and *one first name and last name per
KENTUCKY census lookup request.

There are over 2,700 Hugh, Hughs, Hughes, Hewe, Hewes, etc. folks in
KENTUCKY just for the 1870 census year. We do not have the time to
look those up. That said, there were 2 Viola Hughes listed in the
1870, but none with a father named Jackie or a mother named
Nannie/Nainnie. Also, there were 2 Ollie Hughes listed in the 1870
but ditto on the father and mother's names.

For any other state than KENTUCKY, you will have to join that state's
CENSUS-LOOKUP List.
