Does anyone know of feuding or at least fighting and shooting in the Logville
area between Morgan & Magoffin counties? Evidently it was up on Trace Fork.
I've heard bits and pieces about my great uncle Frank Caudle moving to West
Virginia because of the fighting. I think it was with some of the
Stapletons. Odd, because a Stapleton was Uncle Frank's step mother. My
grandfather Jerry Marr Caudle went to Indian Territory about that time, too,
but because his wife Victoria Adkins Caudle and baby had died.
