Hi Terri and All,
Terri it is said my Great Great Grandmother Rutha Sturgill Sturgill
was a witch.
Gramma Rutha [her parents are unknown--something that bothered her all
her life] was not a shape-shifter but did have a familiar. My Gramma
Ruth Fraley Smith did had an old hen she called Polly that "told her
things". I have always stated GGramma was a "witch"when I post to look
for her. My Adkins-Trent Cousins would only tell she must have stayed
some with the family on Trent Ridge to learn her craft.
This is so exciting-and I will send on the Trent/Adkins/Sturgill info
I have as soon as I can.
Our Grandsons are here for the afternoon-so I will be back on line
later this evening.
