I may have found a link while in Frankfort this past weekend and if anyone
can help it would be very much appreciated. I have a elusive ancestor,
Fannie Wood Parks md to Jesse B. Parks. He father is listed as J.O. Wood
of Preston. I found the death record of a J.O. Wood which matches the time
frame. It has him born on March 3, 1849 and death an December 27, 1920.
He died in Montgomery County, Kentucky and it lists his father as Robert
Wood, born in Virginia. His mother is listed as "Don't Know," born in
Virginia. If someone could shed some light on this line I would appreciate
it. Fannie may be a nickname and not her given name and I have no idea
what the J.O. stands for. Any help will be wonderful.
