Hi Pat,
I am going to pass this along to the lists. This is new for me.
I have never came across her in any of my records. I did find a Belle
Rayburn in the kentucky vitals who died 10-9-1977 at the age of 94. I
am going to take a long shot and send off for the death certificate and
see what happens
