This will mentions a William Kincaid.

William Kincaid married Mary Polly Small, daughter of George and Betsy nee
Woodruff Small in Bath County, KY on on January 10, 1815 as referenced in
"Bath County, KY Marriage Bonds 1812-1823; Family History Center, Salt Lake
City, Salt Lake County, UT; Film No. 0273002 (Bath County, KY) and Bath
County KY, County Clerk Marriage Licenses 1811-1865; Family History Library,
Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, UT; Film No. 0273007 :Item No. 2 (Bath
County, KY Clerk), :page 24."

Does anyone have information that might verify that the two William Kincaids
are one and the same?
