FYI to everyone who has created a web page or submitted their tree to the
FTM. I posted my tree through the FTM, and some irate woman called long
distance today, threatening to sue me if her name was not taken off my tree.
I was at work, and she screamed at my poor husband and threatened to call an
attorney. She didn't give her name but she really narrowed it down. She is
part of my ancestor who was born about 200 years ago. I have no personal
knowledge of this woman. All I did was add her name obtained from
information sent to me. I called Broderbund, and they said you are supposed
to get the permission of every living person on your tree before you submit.
Tell you the truth, I'm ashamed of someone like that being on my tree, and
if I knew who she was, I certainly would remove her.
