I have Lucy as having been born on 17 Mar 1808 with the following
note:


Bath County marriage records for 25 November
1828 for the marriage of William Adams and Lucy Bailey. The Marriage
Permission Slip reads as follows: "Jain Bailey gives permission for
her
daughter Lucy Bailey....Lucy will be 21 years old on the 17th of March
1829.
