Hi,

Thanks for that info. I have the death certificate of Mary E. Manning and it
list her parents as P.O and Julia Collins and they are born in Bath County.
She married to Cyrus Manning and Cyrus' sister married to a Peter Collins in
Fleming County. Peter Collins says he is born in Bath County [abt 1854] and so
are his parents but I can't find him in Bath County.

Pater Collins married Cynthia Manning in 1876 but the 1880 census shows
Cyhthia Collins, son Rennie Collins age 3 and no Peter. Can't find him anywhere.
