Hello,

Although I have a few HENDRICKSON connections in my data base, I am not
a HENDRICKSON researcher. I have checked my census books for you and believe
this could be who you are looking for:

1850 Knox Co. Fed. Census
Dwelling 190-192
HENDRICKSON, John, 21, farmer, b. KY/
. . Rebecca, 22, b. KY/
. . Sarah C., 8 mo's, KY

NOTE: I did not see a marriage for them in Knox Co. It is possible they
married in Harlan Co. but I don't have access to those marriage records.

There are a number of HENDRICKSON's listed on the 1850 Knox Co.; however,
this particular John is living in the dwelling next to:

Dwelling 189-191
HENDRICKSON, William, 56, farmer, b. NC/
. . Nancy, 43, KY/
. . Lucinda, 21, KY/
. . Felix, 18, KY/
. . Hannah, 15, KY/
. . William, 13, KY/
. . Josiah, 11, KY/
. . Jackson, 9, KY/
. . nancy, 6, KY/
. . Martha J.,2, KY/
. . Leer?, one mo., KY

1860 Harlan Co. Fed. Census
Dwelling 178-178
HENDRICKSON, John, 27, b. KY/
. . Rebecca, 22, KY/
. . Sarah, 10, KY/
. . Joshua, 8, KY/
. . Jefferson, 7, KY/
. . Nancy, 5, KY/
. . Minerva, 3, KY/
. . Lucinda, 7 mo's, KY

The "annotated" 1870 for Bell Co. shows:
Dwelling 28-28
HENDRICKSON, John, 41, KY (farmer; married Rebecca BARNES)/
. . Joshua, 19, KY/
. . Jefferson, 16, KY/
. . Nancy, 14, KY/
. . Jane, 12, KY/
. . Lucindy, 11 (b. Sept. 20, 1859 per HC VS)/
. . Mary, 8, KY/
. . Margaret, 5, KY/
. . Lydia, 3, KY

Next dwelling shows:
Dwelling 29-29
SLUSHER, Burdine, 24, b. KY, farmer/
. . Catharine, 21, b. KY (nee HENDRICKSON)/
. . theodocia, 3 mo's, KY (b. Feb. 1870
NOTE: I am going to assume that this Catherine is the Sarah C. listed as
a child of John and Rebecca BARNES HENDRICKSON on the Knox 1850 - their
first-born.
