Hi, I'm new to this list and need help/advise (sorry if this is the second msg since I also sent to the Eastern KY list).
My kid's Grandpa died last week and his wish was to always be buried in the King Cemetery. His name
was Evermont Main King and he was born in Tinsley, KY in 1926. My kids Dad,
wanting to fulfill his dad's wishes, was planning to arrange for his dad to
be buried at the King's Cemetery in Leslie County, KY. However, since I had
written down some of the family genealogy 20 years ago I knew that his
Evermont's dad was buried in the Goodin Cemetery in Bell Co., MO.

I found a list of people buried in the Goodin Cemetery on the Bell Co. site
and found a lot of his family buried there (great work Bell Co!).

Ok, here are my questions:

1) Maybe he did want to be buried at the King Cemetery in Leslie Co.,
however, we do not know who else is buried there to figure this out.
2) Is anyone familiar with the Goodin Cemetery? Is it still open to new
burials? Should we contact someone in the family that still lives there to
see if he can be buried there?

If anyone can help with this dilemma, prior to them driving from CA to KY to
take care of this, it would be much appreciated.
