Hi,
I spoke to a SAYLOR researcher last night located in Phoenix AZ and he said that his notes show Catherine was married
to a Saylor but her maiden name was NAPIER. He got
his notes from Archie Caldwell's book of Caldwells. So..I am hoping it was
Leslie Co that they were married in because that is where the census were
from in1900 but who knows where they married. Saylor is still a possibility
as a door to look in because she apparently married a Saylor.
Does anyone out there know anything about my grandma? I am coming to KY to meet my Caldwell family for the first time and I would love to meet my Napier family while I am there. My father SIMS CALDWELL was orphaned in 1914 along with his brother DANIEL CALDWELL. I have found their families! I have never met any of them before!
Anyway, a new look at CATHERINE NAPIER COLWELL/CALDWELL born Jan 1860; died ca 1904.
Gratefully,
