I have checked the Bell Co. Marriage Index and did not locate the marriage
you are looking for. There were several Arthur SMITHs listed as follows:

8-17-1918
SMITH, Arthur to CARMACK, Sallie, Book 13, Page 490

10-12-1929
SMITH , Arthur to TINDELL, Boonie, Book 51, Page 41

11-26-1932
SMITH, Arthur to SIMPSON, Ollie, Book 73, Page 75

2-17-1934
SMITH, Arthur to HUDDLESTON, Rosa, Book 84, Page 22

That would be a fairly common name so perhaps none of these other Arthur
SMITHS are yours.
