RESPONSE:
Hello,

You need to return to your query and re-write it adding in some dates. As it
is written, there is no way to establish any sort of a time line. When (even
if approx.) was this William MARTIN born and when and where did he die? Who
was Cathy?
Who did Mary MARTIN marry or did she remain a single woman until her death?
Need more specifics. There are literally hundreds of MARTINS in Bell Co. and
surrounding areas and no way to pin this family down. However, I don't see
a marriage for William and Cathy UNKNOWN MARTIN in Bell Co. I could not get
a William MARTIN to come up on the census records either. There was a Mary
MARTIN who had a Homer O. TURNER on 12-11-1915 in Bell Co. but no way for me
to know if that is the Mary you are seeking. Since you know where she was
buried, what are the dates on her stone?
