Sen to the Clerk of the County of Law.
This is to Certify that no objection To you issuing License for William JACKSON & Nancy ONEAL.

{MARRIAGE BOND for William JACKSON and Nancy O’NEAL}

Know all men by these presents that Wm JACKSON, Wm ALEXANDER are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the penal sum of Fifty pounds lawful money to the payment of which will and fully to be made we bind ourselves and our heirs and jointly and firmly by these presents sealed and dated this 7th day of March 1826.
The consideration of the above obligation is such that whereas the above bound Wm JACKSON hath this day applied to the Clerk of the Boone County Court for a license to marry Nancy ONEAL which license will be issued immediately after the execution of this bond.
Now if it shall always hereafter appear that there is no lawful cause to obstruct said marriage then this obligation to be void else to be in full force and virtue.

These are to consent and permit any legally authorized minister of the Gospel to celebrate the rites of matrimony between William JACKSON and Nancy ONEAL agreeably to the forms and customs of the society to which he may belong & for as doing this shall be his sufficient authority, Said William JACKSON having entered into bond & in other respects complied with the law.
