While the Barton collection is wonderful source of information, and a great
tool,
I would like to point out, if not already done so and I missed it, that Mr. E.
E. Barton's "research" is information gathered from other people in the area.
Most of which was "from memory" which was in many cases incorrect.

So, I advise anyone using the Barton papers to research and document for
themselves. Don't rely upon the information in the papers as an accurate
source.
