Chris,

You are correct! The marriage bond shows John W. Wayne to Betsy Talbot, d/o
Hugh, on 7 March 1818. Bondsman: W. Smith

Another record on the same page in the same list of marriages shows John B.
Baine to Elizabeth Talbot on 13 July 1819.

It's possible these are two different couples. Originals need to be checked
to confirm.

My information is from the records of Edna Talbot Whitley of Bourbon Co.
She recorded these marriages from original records.
